Top Tips for a Perfect Day

Your Faithwood Chapel Wedding

Optimal Timeslot Planning

To make the most of your 2-hour time slot at Faithwood Chapel, a little planning goes a long way. Consider your external suppliers, like florists who may need time for setup, or musicians and videographers who need time to ensure everything is just right before your guests arrive.

We recommend not starting your ceremony right at the beginning of your hire time. Instead, plan to start 15-30 minutes into your slot. This gives your vendors time to set up and allows your guests to arrive and settle in without feeling rushed.

Remember, your booked time is exclusive to you, so we can’t accommodate any activities outside of this window. If you need extra time, you can either start your ceremony a bit later or add additional hire time to your booking. This helps keep everything running smoothly and ensures the chapel is ready for the next couple.

For a seamless experience, coordinate with your suppliers to arrive well ahead of time, so they can set up before your guests. This way, when your guests do arrive, everything is ready, and the magic can truly begin.

We’re here to help make your day perfect, so if you have any questions or need assistance with timing, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Parking Information

2. Parking for Your Guests:

  • For Able-Bodied Guests: We encourage guests who are able-bodied to park on Sportsmans Drive or Trimmer Parade. This helps leave the closer parking spots near the chapel for elderly or less mobile guests, ensuring everyone’s comfort and convenience.

  • Visual Guide: We’ve provided a map showing the best parking areas and the most direct route to the chapel entrance, making it easy for everyone to find their way.
