Sacred Heart gives you the freedom to bring your own florist and create something entirely personal within Faithwood.
Your florist can style the chapel for your ceremony, with all supplier access, setup and pack down taking place within your booked Faithwood hire time.
A note on timing & BYO florals
Our standard Sacred Heart session is two hours, so it’s important to ask your florist how much time they’ll need to bump in, set up and pack down.
Some florists require a 15–60 minutes onsite before your ceremony. Depending on their requirements, you may need to schedule your ceremony further into your two-hour session or we recommend adding Time After Time.
Time After Time
Add an additional hour of Faithwood Chapel hire for $429.
The extra hour can give your external florist more time to bump in and set up before your ceremony, while still allowing time for your ceremony, photographs and their pack down afterwards.
Before booking, ask your florist:
“How much time would you like for bump-in and set-up before our guests arrive?”
Let us know their requirements when checking your date so we can make sure your ceremony time and supplier access work beautifully together.

How many guests can we invite?
Faithwood Chapel can welcome up to 24 guests plus up to 8 at the altar, including the two of you. Children aged 2+ are included in guest numbers. Babies are not included.
How long do we have Faithwood for?
Sacred Heart includes two hours at Faithwood Chapel, including supplier access, guest arrival, your ceremony, photographs and pack down.
If your florist requires additional setup time, you can add Time After Time for an additional hour of chapel hire, subject to availability.
Can we choose our own wedding flowers?
Yes. Sacred Heart is designed for couples who want to bring their own florist and create something entirely personal.
Your florist will need to complete their bump-in, installation and pack down within your booked Faithwood time. If they require additional access, Time After Time can add an additional hour of chapel hire, subject to availability.

Can we bring our own florist?
Yes. That’s exactly what Sacred Heart is designed for.
You can choose your own florist and create floral styling that feels completely yours. Your florist will need to complete their setup and pack down within your booked Faithwood hire time.
How much time will our florist need?
Every florist and installation is different. Some florists may only need 15 minutes, while more involved styling may require 30–45 minutes or longer.
Ask your florist how much time they need to bump in and set up before your guests arrive, then let us know before booking so we can help you plan your Faithwood time accordingly.
What is Time After Time?
Time After Time adds an additional hour of Faithwood Chapel hire for $429.
It can be added when your external florist needs additional time for bump-in, setup and pack down, or when you simply want more breathing room within your Faithwood wedding.
What does our celebrant take care of?
Your celebrant will guide you through your ceremony and all the legal requirements of getting married, including your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), your vows and marriage paperwork.
They’ll make sure everything is ready so when the day arrives, all you need to do is say “I do”.
